Confluence: aims and scope

Confluence: Concepts and Opinions in Interventional Cardiovascular Medicine aims to provide a platform for physicians to share their expertise and clinical insights on topics relating to interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery and endovascular surgery. With a need for ever-increasing integration and co-operation between members of multidisciplinary Heart Teams, the journal has a focus on innovative and integrated management strategies that achieve the best possible outcomes for patients. Led by an esteemed Editorial Board of experts in the field, chaired by Professor Christian Hamm, Confluence includes expert opinion, interviews, case studies and hot topics.

The journal is an independent journal published bi-annually sponsored by an unrestricted educational grant from Medtronic Inc. (Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA).
